Blackberry and Notes 8.0.1

While I'd love to put Blackberry on a separate server there's a pretty high cost involved.

Maybe IBM could adjust the licensing to provide some form of cheap "blackberry-only" server license?

As it stands, Blackberry is halting our migration to 8. We have already waited for months, and it seems we will be waiting even longer now.

One question - is it the server version ONLY that is affecting blackberry or is there some issue with the 8.0.1 mail template too?

If it was server only, then we could upgrade everything to 8.0.1 except for one BES - Assuming that there was appropriate (cheaper) licensing available.
